Shipping

Most orders ship within 1 business day from our warehouse. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way. Transit time varies by location, typically 2-5 business days within the continental US.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or a bottle is missing from your shipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns

Because our ink is a consumable product, we do not accept returns on opened or used bottles. If you received a defective or damaged product, see the section above — we'll take care of it.

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.
